1. Probably the most simple and most looked over tip would be to stay hydrated! Drink more water, people!

3. Make an effort to incorporate one physical activity a day. For example, you can change the way you get to work (opt out of driving if walking or biking to work is achievable).


4. Try cutting one bad food from your diet 


5. Book a checkup with your doctor. It's always good to have peace of mind about things you cannot easily assess yourself.
